Click and drag the MOD files extracted from the Downloads folder to the replacement folder in the game file path. Navigate to the game files for Dragon Age: Origins. Open the Downloads folder, click the left button in the zipped mod folder and choose Extract All.

Sometimes I will run the cinematic tools for DAI as an admin, sometimes I don’t, but I have not been running DAI as an admin during any of that and things have been working just fine. Plus I’ve heard that mods run with frosty do not crash the dlcs. Double-click on exe from within its folder to run the tool Check the box next to (64 bits) Mod Manager v1.0 on the left-hand side to select it. I’ll probably try looking into it at some point since there are a couple of retexture mods I’ve been wanting to use that are exclusive to frosty. I haven’t tried using FMM with DAI yet so I’m not sure, but I’ll answer anyway in case someone sees and can help you out.
